• I put you in touch with a local bank in Newnan. They will pre-qualify you. This process will tell you just how much house you can afford with out upsetting your payment “comfort zone”
• We meet to discuss your “wish list”
• I will then supply you with information data on houses meeting your specifications and qualifications
• After your selection, we preview the homes and narrow it down to your choice
• After finding the perfect home we start the negotiating process
• When the offer is accepted I schedule the inspection and the closing
