- I put you in touch with a local bank in Newnan. They will pre-qualify you. This process will tell you just how much house you can afford with out upsetting your payment “comfort zone”
- We meet to discuss your “wish list”
- I will then supply you with information data on houses meeting your specifications and qualifications
- After your selection, we preview the homes and narrow it down to your choice
- After finding the perfect home we start the negotiating process
- When the offer is accepted I schedule the inspection and the closing
